Tortoise Properties signed National Dentex (recently acquired by Cerberus) to a long term lease at 1701 Military Trail (Jupiter Innovation Center) resulting in 95% stabilized occupancy.


Tortoise Properties expanded its footprint in S Florida. Tortoise Properties, alongside local partner PEBB Enterprises, acquired Jupiter Innovation Center, in Jupiter FL. Located at 1701 Military Trail, Jupiter Innovation Center is the town’s largest for-lease office building, with 186,238 square feet situated on 16 acres. A portion of the site is zoned for a to be build 50,000 sq.ft. office building coming soon. The single-story campus is just one mile south of the 237-bed Jupiter Medical Center, which as of March 2020 is home the new ground up Anderson Family Center Institute, a 55,000 square foot, state-of-the-art cancer center. Jupiter Innovation Center is currently the home to a mix of medical, office and research and development tenants.

On August 23, 2019, Tortoise Properties helped ADT Securities celebrate their 145th Anniversary, as well as their new brand transformation at their headquarter building at 1501 Yamato Road in Boca Raton. During the event, ADT unveiled their new marketing campaign “We Are What We Protect,” highlighting ADT’s services that extend well beyond home security. The celebration included treats, interactive games, and company gifts, all marked with ADT’s iconic blue logo.
