Project Description
This 80-unit development consists of four 20-unit buildings in one of Chicago’s most upscale neighborhoods, Bucktown. This 65,000 square foot property was a manufacturing site and one of the last tracts of vacant land in the neighborhood. With only four 2-bedroom residences to a floor, each one has corner views and a private balcony. The design blends with the existing neighborhood, offering only the highest quality interior finishes and exterior green space that is second-to-none in this urban landscape.
