Project Description
This development was designed to be a state-of-the-art community, consisting of 140 town homes.It features upscale 2-3 bedroom units that range from 1500 – 2400 sq. ft. These “manor home” style homes were to be built on 30 acres of lush landscaped land and feature a private entrance into the community. The town homes were designed to feature gourmet kitchens, luxury baths, full basements, elegant foyers and hardwood flooring. Copperstone is located in Lockport, IL, a southwest Chicago Suburb.
